EDEN Catahoula Leopard Dog Adult Male for sale in Norfolk, Virginia

EDEN's story
Eden is a girl that Critter Cavalry Rescue adopted out and  rescued once before in late 2014 and now again.we are rescuing her 4 years later after she was off to a New England shelter. This girl was somehow passed off to someone we did not know after she was adopted by a man in late 2014.  She was turned in to a shelter after a new boyfriend moved in with the woman that had come to own her.  Eden was sad and confused and her eyes showed her pain and disturbed soul. Critter Cavalry Rescue, based in Tennessee, had to once again pull her from harms way and put her in a foster home to once again find a forever place for her. This girl is 70 pounds, a stunningly beautiful Catahoula Mix, and she is 5 1/2 years old .  She was adopted as a year old dog originally in the Fall of 2014.  We dont know the real story behind her past and why she was heartlessly dropped off at the shelter and CCR was not called to help rehome her.  We do feel that a new boyfriend took precedence over Edens well-being and pet ownership.  She is a happy and welcoming girl that has a never-ending tail wag when meeting new people.  She can be cautious when things are happening too fast and she will take a step back and observe till she feels that the situation is safe.  She is 100% housebroken, doesnt need a crate during the day when left alone, doesnt chew things up inappropriately and she loves to play fetch and give wonderful and loving doggie kisses to everyone she meets.  We feel she might do best as an only pet at this point.   She is curious of other dogs but we have her in a home with no other dogs at the moments.   She rides like a champ in the car and she does like to HUG you so really young children might find her hugs and size a bit intimidating. This girl is pretty good on a leash and getting better by the day.   We feel that the optimum situation might be to have her in a fenced yard for ease with which to take pottybreaks and quick outdoor fresh air jaunts.  Her foster dad says she is the quietest and most easy dog he has fostered.   She is ready for a REAL and committed home.   Will you be that family or person to give her the future she deserves??
PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at
